We welcome submitted photos and articles as long as they meet the following guidelines:

• They are the author/creator’s intellectual property and they have the right to submit it.
• It should not be used to sell, promote, or overtly endorse a product or service.
• It needs to be related to aviation in North Dakota, or in some way of interest to the audience of the North Dakota Pilots Association.
• It should be appropriate in content for all general audiences.

We reserve the right to refuse submissions. We reserve the right to edit the content to fit this site. We do not pay for submitted content. We happily acknowledge authorship for any written or photographic content. The creator retains all ownership of the content, and is welcome to submit it to any other media sources. We welcome previously published content that the author has permission to submit. By submitting content to NDPA, the author and creator of the content agrees that he or she owns the copyright and has complete permission to submit the content to NDPA, and will not hold NDPA liable for any copyright issues that may arise by use of the submitted content.

By submitting content to the NDPA, the author allows the the NDPA to use it in other venues and formats as we see fit for the benefit of the organization. The creator still owns the content, and will always be acknowledged as the author and creator.
