About
The North Dakota Pilots Association (NDPA) was founded to protect and promote general aviation in the state of North Dakota. Through education and advocacy the NDPA works to be the voice of its members. The members of NDPA are pilots at all levels, from student to ATP, as well as non-pilot aviation enthusiasts from all parts of the state.
The North Dakota Pilots Association is one of eight state aviation organizations that make up the North Dakota Aviation Council (NDAC). Through membership in the council, the NDPA brings the interests and concerns of pilots to the larger aviation community. The council organizes the annual Upper Midwest Aviation Symposium and publishes the “North Dakota Aviation Quarterly” which is distributed to all NDPA members.
The North Dakota Pilots Association holds its annual meeting at the Upper Midwest Aviation Symposium each March. In addition to conducting normal business and electing new officers, NDPA sponsors three days of speakers and discussion groups to keep members informed and education about current topics in aviation.
